I have a rather extensive collection of fiction that spans the last twenty years. I’ve written something for nearly every genre, though I prefer dark fantasy and alternative history. I created my writing site Ver Sacrum Books with my editor friend Maggie to focus on my available fiction. It includes a complete list of my titles along with my current writing projects.
At the moment I have two serial fictions that are updated twice each month on Ver Sacrum Books. Riker Rouge is a alternative history, gaslight era, adventure fic with a heavy helping of Lovecraft’s influence. It updates the second and fourth Tuesday of each month and is offered in collected books at the conclusion of a story arc. Snapdragon Tea, my other serial fiction, is a young adult story about Emily, a teen newly transplanted to the very strange world of her great aunt Emma and her eclectic boarding house of characters. This is a purely fantastical tale about warring tea societies, the urban fairy rescue league, and all the interesting things to be found in the town of Orange Moon Downs. This story updates the second and fourth Friday of every month.
Along with my serial fiction I post short stories, novel samples, and a little of this and that. Most things posted on Ver Sacrum Books are also posted to my blog here.
